Code of Conduct:
The ultimate goal of student conduct is that all students at St. Anne Catholic
School will exercise the highest degree of self discipline that is possible for
their age level. Their actions and attitudes should be appropriate for
encouraging the growth of a greater Christian community. Parents and school
staff share the responsibility for assisting this growth in each child by
providing good examples and by encouraging Christian behavior that recognizes
the rights of all others in the community. Each element of society – family,
Church, school, classroom, and the community – has its own guidelines for the
welfare of the group. We must assist each student to know the rules, understand
their necessity, and realize the results of violating these principles.
The ability of St. Anne Catholic School to provide a safe and responsible
environment is based on general guidelines set forth and enforced with
disciplinary procedures. Each situation will be dealt with on an individual
basis, however, interpretation and implementation is left to the administration
of the school. As a private school, the principal has the final word.
