Many parents and others help teachers as room parents or teacher aids (please contact individual teachers). We have many school functions that may require parents to volunteer in order for the event to be successful. Some of the happenings that St. Anne participates in each year are two Book Fairs, a Santa Shop, Gallimaufry Day, and our many student activities that are in need of parent involvement such as Forensics, Scouts, and Math/Science Olympiads.
According to the Archdiocese of Detroit, every person working (or volunteering) in a school environment is required to take the Protecting God’s Children Workshop. All teachers, administrators, coaches, lunchroom workers, playground parents, volunteers, room parents, etc. MUST have completed this workshop in order to be part of any school function.
Mandatory service hours are instituted for the St. Anne Sausage Festival each year. This fundraiser is a very important event for our school and we require your participation. At least one parent from each family will be required to provide at least twelve (12) hours of festival service for the school year. If you choose to forgo that option, an assessment of $50 per unworked hour will be added to your tuition.

The latchkey program is open to all students on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is a non-refundable registration fee ($25 fee for one child, $40 fee for two children or $50 fee for three children) will be required at the time of registration. Latchkey fees are $5.00 per hour for the first child in a family, $3.00 per hour for the second child, and $2.00 per hour for the third child. Fees will be charged in half hour increments after a one hour minimum charge.

Latchkey hours start at 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and evening hours are from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. A late fee of $5.00 will be incurred for every 15 minutes past closing.
We offer a variety of spirit wear from all organizations. Each sport has specific items to order through the athletic club.
The office has gray sweatshirts with the St. Anne Catholic Grade School crest for all students to wear if they choose to. The office also has long and short sleeve T-shirts, green St. Anne Jackets, and white St. Anne polo shirts, green or white. Please visit the office for an order form.
Every Friday is spirit day and the students are allowed to wear their sport uniform jersey or shirt as long as they have their white collar shirt underneath. Collars must be worn at all time to meet the school uniform code. Students who are not participating in a sport for that season may wear the approved school sweatshirt or school polo shirt.
Our goal is to provide a social outlet for the men of St. Anne that will allow a new avenue for fundraising. The fundraising efforts will be aimed at activities not in our normal realm, nor in competition with current organizations. There are no membership dues and meetings are held on the 1st Friday of every month.
If you are interested in becoming a member, stop by the next meeting or contact the school office.
The St. Anne Men’s Club has been incorporated with two purposes: to provide charitable support of St. Anne Catholic Grade School, and to provide fellowship among the men of St. Anne Parish.
All men over the age of 21 are eligible to join the St. Anne Men’s Club.
