Archdiocese of Detroit Tuition Assistance Program:
Archdiocesan grants are available for Catholic families who are members of a Catholic parish within the Archdiocese of Detroit and have a demonstrated financial need. The qualifying child must be entering Kindergarten – Grade 12 at a Catholic elementary or high school within the Archdiocese. Families must apply for financial aid through the FACTS Management Grant & Aid Form. To apply for Archdiocese of Detroit Tuition Grants, log into
your FACTS account or create a FACTS account (found at this link: https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3YF4B). Once logged into the system, a box with FACTS Grant & Aid will appear on the right-hand side of the screen with a “Start Application” button. The application fee must be paid in order to complete the application process. Documentation can be uploaded while completing the application, or can be faxed to (866) 315-9264 or mailed to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment, P.O. Box 82524, Lincoln, NE 68501-2524. Please be sure to include your applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.
Scrip is a program that means “substitute money” – in other words, Scrip is gift certificates you buy from national and local retailers.
Scrip participating retailers, such as JCPenney, The Gap, Shell, Pizza Hut, Red Lobster, and many more, agree to sell you gift certificates at a discount. Member families, like yours, buy the certificates for full face value, they redeem them for full face value, and your tuition account is credited the difference as payment.
You can enroll online at www.shopwithscrip.com.
The program coordinator is Michell Steffani. All orders must be placed online and the checks for the gift certificates must be paid by check to St. Anne Catholic Grade School. Checks are due in the office by 12:00 p.m. every Monday each week. See Mrs. Steffani for more details.
